You can book an appointment to attend using the booking system below.
Please choose the correct experience as listed on your voucher (Boeing 737, Spitfire etc.) and duration (30min, 60min etc.) from the choices below, you must also supply the correct voucher number or Groupon Security Code and PIN number if your voucher has one. Please book one appointment for one voucher. Any incorrect or out of date information and your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Your session will be held for 10 minutes while you complete your booking and once completed you will be sent a confirmation email, remember to check your “Spam Folder” if you don’t receive it, ensure you enter your email address and contact number correctly in case we need to contact you.
The booking system is a rolling 3 month calendar; if you would like a date beyond 3 months from now then please check back once it is within the 3 months. If a date is “greyed out” then that day is not available please choose another. If you have a specific date in mind and it’s not available then keep checking back as cancellations happen daily. If you have made a booking but would like to change the date then you must cancel your current booking first via the cancellation link in your “confirmation email” only then can you rebook – any double bookings and both dates will be cancelled.
The booking system is for those who have already purchased a voucher. If you have not already purchased a voucher, you can do so on our website here. If you have purchased one of our Courses or “Special Events”, you will need to contact us here in order to book in your session as we need to ensure we have instructors available.
Some 3rd party vouchers (e.g. Groupon, Wowcher, Living Social etc.) may have a £10 weekend surcharge, please check your voucher as this will be payable on arrival.
To pay your weekend surcharge in advance please click here. Please bring your receipt with your voucher to your appointment to show the Instructor on arrival.
The appointment you book to attend must be before the expiry date listed on your voucher. You must bring a valid copy of your voucher with you on attendance or your appointment may be cancelled.
A cancellation fee applies within 14 days of the booking date, missed appointments incur a rebooking fee, See our T&Cs for further information.
