Replacement Lost Voucher

Please treat your Flight Simulator Centre Voucher as cash. Each voucher has a unique reference number required for booking.

If your voucher is lost or deleted, we can usually locate and reissue it for a £10 administration fee to cover the time involved in retrieving historic records.

To request a replacement, purchase a “Replacement Lost Voucher” then email info@flightsimcentre.com with the purchaser’s name (If known) and email address used.

Please note:

Replacement vouchers keep the original expiry date.

We cannot reissue third-party vouchers (e.g. Virgin Experience Days, Groupon). Please contact your provider directly.

If a voucher cannot be verified or found, we may be unable to reissue it.
