You can pay your weekend add-on fee here. This allows your third-party voucher to be used at a weekend show if you wish to choose that option. Please note that no refunds are available if you later decide not to attend a weekend date. You can also pay your missed appointment rebooking / re-activation fee here. For 2-hour bookings or special occasions, you will need to purchase two rebooking fees. Once you have received your new voucher number, you can book a new date to attend. When making your booking, please enter both your original voucher number and your new voucher number into the booking system.

You can take home a video of your experience with a High Definition recording, The recording is supplied on a 32 GB SD Memory card so you and your loved ones can re-live your special day for years to come on a PC or laptop. We use 1 x GoPro camera which will point towards the "pilot" in the cockpit. As this time we are unable to record the F-35, F-16. You must show a copy of the Video Recording order to the instructor on arrival so they know to record the session for you.

Replacement Lost Voucher
Please treat your Flight Simulator Centre Voucher as cash. Each voucher has a unique reference number required for booking.
If your voucher is lost or deleted, we can usually locate and reissue it for a £10 administration fee to cover the time involved in retrieving historic records.
To request a replacement, purchase a "Replacement Lost Voucher" then email info@flightsimcentre.com with the purchaser’s name (If known) and email address used.
Please note:
Replacement vouchers keep the original expiry date.
We cannot reissue third-party vouchers (e.g. Virgin Experience Days, Groupon). Please contact your provider directly.
If a voucher cannot be verified or found, we may be unable to reissue it.
