IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled.
All times are offered on a first come, first served basis – No dates? wait until next month.
We are only releasing 1 calendar month at a time for bookings, if the calendar is greyed out i.e. No dates showing, then we are fully booked for the current month. New dates will be added on the 1st of the following month, for example December dates will be available from 1st December, Feb dates from the 1st Feb etc. We do occasionally take cancellations which will show straight away on the bookings system.
Upgrades & Surcharges
If you have a 30min voucher and you would like to upgrade it to 60min then in the calendar below select 60min from the drop down menu, book your date and then pay the £30 upgrade via this link and in the notes box type in your original voucher number.
To pay a 3rd party voucher weekend surcharge or an extension fee in advance click here. Please bring your receipt & voucher to your appointment to show the Instructor on arrival.
NOTE: Due to current guidance on “Social Distancing” and “Close proximity interaction” the Piper PA28 and Jet Ranger Helicopter are NOT available to book at this time – an update on these simulators will follow once guidance allows. Please check our Covid-19 update page for the latest information.
How to Book
- Each voucher needs its own slot time, select the correct experience as listed on your voucher then from the “Drop Down” menu select the duration as listed on your voucher. (If you have 2 x 30 minute vouchers for the same simulator, please choose a 60 minute slot.) Our system allows 10 minutes between appointments automatically. If you would like to upgrade your experience now is the time to select the simulator and/or duration you would like – each upgrade costs £30 and can be paid on arrival or in advance via this link
- Insert the correct (case sensitive) voucher number or Groupon Security Code and PIN number if your voucher has one. (Even if it says don’t – please supply it)
NOTE: Any incorrect / out of date information and your appointment will be cancelled.
- You will be sent a confirmation email, remember to check your “Spam Folder” if you don’t receive it, ensure you enter your contact details correctly in case we need to contact you.
Changing an appointment
If you have made a booking but would like to change the date or upgrade then you must cancel your existing booking first via the cancellation link in your “confirmation email” only then can you rebook – any double bookings and both dates will be cancelled. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking there is a £20 cancellation/rebooking fee.
