🚫 Bookings made without required add-ons are AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED
🚫 Do not book first and “sort it later”
🚫 Do not attend if your booking was cancelled (Check spam folders)

How to Book (Quick Guide)

1️⃣ Voucher = one person (unless stated)
Multiple vouchers for the same simulator? Book one combined session.

2️⃣ Enter voucher details exactly as shown

• Case-sensitive + PIN (If you have one)

• Groupon: 10–11 digit Security Code 

• Incorrect details = cancellation.

3️⃣ You will receive an automated email
⚠️ This is not a confirmed booking

• We may adjust or cancel your booking

• Check Spam/Junk folders to missed updates

• Ensure your email details are correct & check your spam folders
  We are not responsible for missed emails.

4️⃣ Weekend / Bank Holiday bookings
(Third-party vouchers only)
A Weekend Add-On is required and must be purchased BEFORE booking.
Bookings without it will be cancelled.

Extend 15 or 30-minute vouchers before booking.

6️⃣ Incorrect bookings are cancelled within 24 hours, including:

• Wrong voucher details

• Booking after expiry without extension

• Weekend booking without add-on

• Any unpaid fees

7️⃣ Missed your session?
